Belknap House: Belknap House provides families in Belknap County safe, emergency shelter when children are especially vulnerable during homelessness, and empowers families to become self-sufficient. Belknap House re-opened in October and is now a year-round family shelter vs. a cold weather shelter – responding to the 2016-2018 statistics showing family homelessness in Belknap County rose by 43%.
As critical as providing a safe, welcoming and dignified environment to children and their parents; is the structured, individually designed programming that is implemented with each family after they arrive. This allows parent(s) to begin their work becoming self-sufficient, and helps maintain family-stability. The House Manager works with families, on individualized goals and required steps, and ultimately re-housing. Throughout the process, Belknap House staff and families collaborate with many local agencies.
Laconia Christmas Village: The Laconia Christmas Village is an event that takes place at the Community Center in Laconia, NH. With free admission, this event makes the line to visit Santa entertaining for guests of all ages. Over the years, the village has been built up with the help of hundreds of volunteers to be what it is today! From face painting, to riding in Santa's sleigh, and visiting the café for cookies and lemonade, this tradition is a blast for all who attend. Each child even gets an early Christmas present from Santa! We hope to see you there!
Gilford Got Lunch: The Mission of Gilford Got Lunch is to provide healthy and nutritious breakfasts and lunches to school aged children within the Gilford School District on weekends and school vacations including the summer months, who may otherwise go hungry.

Interlakes Christmas Fund: The Inter-Lakes Christmas Fund is a non-profit organization that accommodates families who need assistance during the holiday season. Through generous donations and sponsors we are able to provide a joyous holiday season for qualified applicants by providing food, clothing, Christmas trees and gifts.

St. Vincent de Paul Children’s Foundation: Providing material assistance in a spirit of Christian love and justice to those in need in the Lakes Region by establishing programs, both directly and in concert with other organizations, which will provide both temporary relief and helpful solutions.
Lakes Region Child Care Services: There will be a high quality of life for the children and families of the greater Lakes Region community because of the excellence of LRCCS. Children will be cared for in a joyful, nurturing, stimulating learning environment. Tapply Thompson Community Center: The Tapply-Thompson Community Center program began in 1946 through the vision and hard work of A.B. Thompson and “Wink” Tapply who understood the importance of providing a safe and nurturing environment in which children and families could participate in recreational activities. It has been enjoyed by thousands of people in the Newfound Lake area ever since. The program was built on the philosophy that, “If one life is influenced for the good, it is money well spent”. We are one of the only not-for-profit Recreation Centers in the State of New Hampshire and rely heavily on our community volunteers and donors to continue to meet the needs of our youth and adults. We recognize that our Community Center needs to go beyond simply providing a place that keeps kids safe and off of the streets. The TTCC has been designed to help youth develop life skills that will enable them to grow into productive adults with a strong sense of volunteerism.

Winnipesaukee Muskrats: The New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) was conceived in early 1993 by Emmy Award winning television producer/director Joseph Consentino who dreamed of forming a summer collegiate league to bridge the gap between the New York based Atlantic Collegiate League and the Cape Cod League. The goal also was to give student athletes who lived and/or went to school in New England a better chance to have their talents recognized by major league scouts.
Gilmanton Youth Organization: The Gilmanton Youth Organization is operated for the express purpose of organizing and administering high quality sports programs for the school aged children of the Town of Gilmanton, as well as the continued operation, maintenance, and development of GYO Park. Through these programs we hope to promote sportsmanship, develop good character and citizenship in our youth, and develop the athletic ability of our youth. The continued development of GYO Park is to provide a localized destination for GYO’s youth sports programming and greenspace within the Town of Gilmanton for other community activities and events.

TIGER seeks to transform feelings, thoughts, and behavior to help both children and adults envision and understand their own power in resolving the issues of bullying and intolerance facing many students in our schools today.
Interlakes Children’s Theater: Interlakes Children’s Theatre (ILCT) offers a place for teens and tweens to participate in theatre, promotes literacy by producing shows based on books, and entertains the local community. Their young actors learn these skills from their adult leaders (director, choreographer, etc.), from adult actors who participate on loan from Interlakes Theatre, and from each other.
